More than a decade ago, a young intern named Ahmad Maqsood walked the corridors of a hospital, full of hope and determination to make a difference. During his internship, he was assigned to a patient suffering from severe gangrene, with the leg damaged from foot to knee. The patient battled unbearable pain, a foul smell, and deep emotional suffering. Even his family was breaking under the weight of watching a loved one deteriorate.

Despite months of care, the doctors had no choice but to amputate the leg. Ahmad, being part of the attending team, witnessed the physical and emotional trauma firsthand. That moment changed his life forever.

He couldn't forget the pain in the patient’s eyes. He couldn’t forget the feeling of helplessness. And that’s when he made a silent promise — to find a better way.

Ahmad left for India and later studied Unani medicine and natural healing methods. He immersed himself in ancient sciences, herbal solutions, and modern medical insights. He spent years experimenting, failing, learning, and trying again.

After three relentless years, his research gave birth to a light of hope — a natural, non-invasive solution for gangrene — which he named Healent.

Today, under the banner of Organic Heal, Ahmad’s invention has saved over 10,000 patients from losing their body parts. Healent is not just a product — it’s a symbol of healing, resilience, and a promise that no one should suffer alone or without hope.
